There are people who like to eat the same thing for breakfast. But there are also those who prefer to have a varied breakfast. Our recipe today will appeal to both.
To prepare original lavash rolls you need to take:
- One thin pita bread; mozzarella – 100 gr;
- Varenka sausage (without lard) – 150 g; spices; mayonnaise; a little dill.
- Milk – 100 ml; egg.
Sometimes I also add one tomato and a little bell pepper. But this time I cooked without them.
Cooking a dish consists of the following steps:
- Grate the sausage and mozzarella (can be replaced with hard cheese). Finely chop the dill and add to them. Pepper and salt the mass. Add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise (you don’t need much).
- Place the resulting filling on the pita bread. Roll it up into a tight roll. Cut it into portions.
- Beat milk and egg with a fork. Quickly dip the rolls in the batter and fry on each side until golden brown. It’s better to do this over low heat.
These simple, but filling and tasty rolls are best eaten hot.
