Quick No-Bake Yogurt Donuts

Ingredients:

1 egg 🥚
350g all-purpose flour 🍞
250g yogurt 🥄
3 tbsp sugar 🍬
3 tbsp oil 🌼
12g baking powder 🧁
1 tsp vanilla sugar 🍯
A pinch of salt 🧂
Oil for frying 🍯

Instructions:

– Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
– Step 2: Add the yogurt and oil; mix well.
– Step 3: Gradually add the flour and baking powder; knead until a dough forms.
– Step 4: Roll out the dough and cut out donut shapes using a glass and a smaller object to create holes.
– Step 5: Heat oil in a pan. Fry the donuts until golden brown, turning them once.
– Step 6: Remove and drain on paper towels.

Optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar or dip in melted chocolate.
