King Charles won’t give Kate Middleton advice, claims expert

One could argue that King Charles’ second year in power wasn’t quite what he had hoped for. As a result of his ca:ncer treatments, the monarch had to cancel a great deal of his royal obligations and is still battling the illness. The same trying time was experienced by his adored daughter-in-law, Kate Middleton, whose bond is said to be getting stronger every day.

Charles sees Kate as the “daughter he never had,” and their bond is stronger than ever, if some reports are to be believed. Nevertheless, Kate will eventually succeed Camilla as queen. Despite having witnessed his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, and his wife in action, King Charles doesn’t seem to be offering his daughter-in-law any guidance on what to expect when her husband succeeds to the throne.

The king has given Kate advice throughout her time within the royal sphere, but when it comes to advice about how to act as queen, he won’t tell her anything. Why? Well, there’s a heartbreaking reason behind it.

King Charles and Kate Middleton have always had a very close relationship. When the Princess of Wales entered the royal fold for the first time, then-Prince Charles was impressed, and from there, their fondness for one another has been common knowledge. Kate has even been labeled “the daughter he never had,” and after what happened last year – when they both received cancer diagnoses – it appears they have grown even closer.

Victoria Arbiter, a royal analyst, noted that because Charles and Kate experienced comparable health issues, their already solid bond has probably become even more important. Kate announced her cancer diagnosis in March of last year, while Charles received hers in early February.

Charles and Kate made the decision to leave the royal life in order to concentrate on their medical care and recuperation. They “would have found tremendous comfort in each other, going through something so similar,” Arbiter said in an interview with The Royal Beat. Sally Bedell Smith, a royal biographer, concurred, telling People Magazine that she thinks Charles and Kate’s relationship is becoming closer because to their shared health concerns.

Charles views Kate as the secret weapon to help ensure the continuation of the monarchy, despite the fact that she was married into the Royal Family, according to Christopher Andersen, author of The King. But it is impossible to give her advice on her destiny as queen.

He claimed that because of Kate’s elegance and perseverance, King Charles gave her the unique distinction of becoming a Royal Companion of Honour, which is a clear indication of his belief in her capacity to uphold the monarchy.

Beyond that, however, the king has no intention of advising Kate on how to become a queen in the future. That would merely support the idea that Charles III plans to remain on the throne for many years to come and that he may not be around for much longer.

Andersen went on to say that Camilla has no desire to discuss her life as queen with Kate. They have “grudging respect for each other,” he says. According to broadcaster Helena Chard, King Charles is certain that Kate will make a fantastic queen, regardless of what or when it occurs.

The fact that Princess Catherine prioritises her family and wouldn’t have it any other way reassures King Charles. The future heirs’ welfare is of utmost importance. He is aware that she will become the ideal future queen with ease when the time comes,” she told Fox. Kate may be prepared to resume her royal duties now that she is cancer-free, but that is probably not going to happen anytime soon.

It is unclear exactly how, when, and how she will expand her royal responsibilities in the upcoming months, but it is certain that the tumultuous period has given them a completely different outlook on life, which may have an impact on Kate’s future.
