Kate Middleton Is Shortlisted For TIME’s Award
Kate Middleton is running for a major honor that Meghan Markle previously did not win. According to insiders, the future queen has been nominated as TIME Magazine’s 2024 Person of the Year, with nine other candidates. Kate’s name was also nominated by the organization because she “made international headlines this year and stirred a conversation about privacy and health for public figures.”
Royal fans are aware that the royal mother-of-three has faced health challenges this year. We know she was initially admitted to the hospital at the start of the year for abdominal sur:gery. This prompted Kensington Palace to announce that she would be taking a sabbatical from royal duties until Easter. Many conspiracy ideas circulated before Kate appeared in a video in March. And revealed that she had been diagnosed with an undisclosed sort of can:cer.
After struggling for a few months, Kate declared in September that her chemotherapy tre:atme:nt was complete and that she would gradually resume her work.
