He Wrote a Letter to God… And Never Expected a Reply
A little boy desperately wanted **$100**, so every night for two weeks he prayed and prayed.
Nothing happened.
Finally, he decided to take matters into his own hands. He wrote a letter addressed simply to:
**GOD USA**
The Postal Service wasn’t quite sure what to do with it, so they forwarded it to the White House.
The President was touched by the boy’s faith and innocence. Smiling, he told his secretary,
*”Send him five dollars. To a little kid, that’ll seem like a fortune.”*
A few days later, the boy received the money.
He was thrilled.
Then he sat down to write a thank-you letter.
It read:
Dear GOD, Thank you very much for sending the money, however, I noticed that for some reason you had to send it through Washington D.C. and, as usual, those jerks deducted $95.00.
